We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who are living Europe (Germany) or can live in Europe (Germany).Candidates’s Role is oversee the operations of a company’s affiliate in a particular country or region, oversee logistics, develop new business and ensure profitability. Candidates are responsible for managing overall operations, recruiting staff and creating budgets.
Responsibilities
*Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
*Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
*Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
*Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Requirements
*Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
*Experience is in Auto Audio System market at least 2-5 year
*In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
*Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
*Strong analytical and organizational skills
*Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
*BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
